For the preparation of a detox tea you will need the following ingredients:
- Green tea (leaves or tea bags)
- 1-4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups of water
If you have all the ingredients, then you can already start preparing the detox tea. Put the water and tea leaves in a pot and bring it to a boil.
