After this session you will feel fantastic and BesserMe has made an effort to make you a little more familiar with the process of this type of yoga.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"warum-ein-heisser-raum\"><span id=\"why-a-hot-room\">Why a hot room?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The heat warms the body, allowing for a safer and deeper stretch, resulting with a detoxification of the body.
