Healthy salad with olives

A salad is an ideal dinner. It is not only very healthy and nutritious, but with a little creativity can be created differently every time. This is achieved by always using different ingredients. Today’s example will bring some sunshine and a Mediterranean feeling to the table even during cool spring days. Besides, this is one of well-known Pilates instructor Melissa Wood’s favorite recipes.

Ingredients for the salad

  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Green olives

Ingredients for the dressing

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt

Once you have all the ingredients, you can start preparing the salad. To do this, you need to wash the lettuce well and put it in a bowl. Cut the avocado, tomatoes, onion and olives into cubes and add them. Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a cup or small bowl and mix well. Finally, garnish the salad with the dressing.

And dinner is ready. Enjoy your meal!
