It’s easy and quick to prepare and along with the fondue you can serve fresh or cooked vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, zucchini or maybe cucumbers and onions. Stick with the old familiar bread and potatoes or try new flavor combinations. One thing is for sure, fondue will delight your entire household. Ingredients fondue
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 300 ml white wine
- 200 ml soy milk
- 100 ml water
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 50 g potatoes
- 300 g white beans
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 3 teaspoons flour of choice
- 3 teaspoon yeast
Preparation
First melt the margarine in the pan. Chop the onion and sauté until translucent. Deglaze with wine, soy milk and water.
