Smoothie: As you have probably heard many times, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, you must pay special attention to the fact that breakfast contains very nutritious foods so that you have enough energy for the rest of the day.

Many of you probably do not have time for it or do not like to eat right after getting up. Therefore, we present you a recipe for a morning smoothie, which you can prepare in less than five minutes and quickly drink on the way to work or university. This smoothie, which will remind you for a few moments of last summer, is ideal for those of you who want to start the day fresh and healthy. Below you can read the recipe.

Zutaten-Smoothie

  • Strawberries (frozen)
  • ½ banana
  • 50 g almonds
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 100 g yoghurt

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little water.

Serve in your favorite glass, turn on happy music and enjoy the beautiful morning!
