Healthy dessert: gluten free chocolates

Do you like sweets but still want to eat healthy? Then this is the perfect recipe for you. These delicious chocolates with banana and oatmeal are not only super delicious, but also healthy. So, you can treat yourself to something sweet without a guilty conscience.

The dessert is gluten-free as well as vegan and only healthy ingredients are used. The preparation of this snack takes about 45 minutes. Below you will find the ingredients needed for these irresistible chocolates.

Ingredients

For the dough

  • 180 g oat flour
  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 80 g almond flour
  • 200 g bananas
  • 60 g maple syrup

For the filling

  • 200 g bananas
  • 200 g dates
  • 60 g peanut butter
  • 45 g cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then put all the ingredients for the dough in the mixer and mix them until you get a smooth dough. Put half of the mixture on a baking tray and spread it well. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and mix them again to a smooth dough. Now, add the filling to the tray and spread it evenly on the dough.

Now put the other half of the dough on the filling and spread it well. Chop a little chocolate and spread it on the surface. Bake the dessert for about 25 to 30 minutes. And your fine chocolates with banana and oatmeal are ready! Let the dessert cool down before you cut the pralines into cubes of the same size.
