Avocado toast – healthy breakfast

If you spend a lot of time on Instagram, I’m sure you’ve often seen photos of dishes that left you speechless, but you don’t know how to recreate them.

Among the most famous is definitely avocado toast. We’ll teach you how to easily prepare it!

To prepare the avocado toast you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 slice of brown bread or whole wheat bread
  • half a lemon
  • if desired: mozzarella, cream cheese, smoked salmon, arugula or eggs

Making avocado toast is very easy, because the only things you need are avocado and whole wheat bread. If you have these two ingredients, you can refine the dish with additional ingredients, such as smoked salmon, vegetables, cream cheese or ham.

Preparation

Peel and pit the avocado. Then mash it finely with a fork, season it with a little salt and mix it with lemon juice and a little olive oil. Spread the avocado dip on the toasted bread and add your chosen ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
