Winter baths: All you need after a long and tiring cold winter week is a warm, foamy bath and 30 minutes of Zen. BesserMe presents you with three recipes for winter baths that you can easily replicate at home. Read a book, drink a glass of wine or indulge in a head massage while relaxing in the scents of the bath that will moisturize your skin and calm your soul.
Soothing winter bath recipe
- 1 cup baby oil
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup hand soap
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- plastic bottle
Put all the ingredients in a small plastic bottle and mix well. For an indulgent bath, you can use half of the bottle under running water. To get larger bubbles, mix the water several times by hand.
Honey bath
- 1 cup baby oil
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup hand soap
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- plastic bottle
In a bowl, mix well the oil with the remaining ingredients until a homogeneous liquid is obtained and then empty into a small plastic bottle and shake well.
Winter bath recipes: relaxing tea bath
- 2 ½ cups bath salts
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¾ cup mild body shampoo
- 1 tea bag mint
- 1 tea bag chamomile
- 10 drops essential oil
Put the contents of the tea bags in a small bowl, mix and set aside. In another bowl, place the bath salts and carefully add the contents of the tea bags and mix. Stir in the shampoo until everything is evenly distributed. Add the olive oil and essential oil and mix well. You can store this mixture in a box.
