Turn off notifications during work

This means: e-mail and WhatsApp notifications, as well as the ringtone. All this should be turned off, if possible, during work. Ask others for advice

This only takes a minute, but you should ask friends, work colleagues and even your boss for tips on various topics. This way, you get a whole new perspective that you probably never considered before. This is also a great opportunity to develop as a person and try new things.

Sleep better

With a busy, stressful life, you may also have a poor night’s sleep and find it harder to fall asleep.
