4 tips for training when you are tired

New mothers have only one thought – caring for their newborn. However, every mother should also think about her health, because a healthy mother also means a healthy and happy child, as well as the whole rest of the family. Therefore, tiredness and lack of time should not be an excuse not to exercise. BesserMe has found how you can work out even when you are tired, or how not to miss your sports activities even if you don’t have much time.

The perception of the training

When sports are mentioned, I’m sure you immediately think of a gym, the expensive equipment, and how you are limited by many appointments. However, exercising is not only that. Exercising is also: walking up stairs, walking around the city, playing with children or pets. Everyday activities give you many opportunities to move a lot. It is up to you to use them wisely.

Train with your children

Think of working out with your kids as an advantage, not a disadvantage. Your kids will certainly have fun doing sit-ups or squats with you. Jumping rope will be fun for your kids because who doesn’t love to play a fun game? Toddlers can hold you while you do sit-ups and give a kiss or smile at them each time you lift. Your baby will love spending even more time with you while you do useful exercises for yourself at the same time.

Shorter training sessions

You don’t have to do a strict 60-minute workout three times a week, but you can do shorter workouts. If you work out every day for 15 to 20 minutes, you will quickly develop a routine and results will soon be apparent.

Here you will find intensive exercises that do not require any equipment.

Go outside

The weight gained during pregnancy can multiply quickly if you do not move enough and prefer a sedentary lifestyle. Instead of sitting in front of the TV or computer, go for a walk. Whether with your family, friends or alone, it doesn’t matter – it’s just important that you move as much as possible.

Slowly but surely, if you follow our advice, sports activities will soon ‘get under your skin’ and training sessions will become a part of your life.

Here you can find great workouts.
