Bikram yoga is a series of 26 exercises (two of which are breathing exercises) practiced in a heated room. It has been specially designed and promotes the proper work of the whole organism. After this session you will feel fantastic and BesserMe has made an effort to make you a little more familiar with the process of this type of yoga.

Why a hot room?

The heat warms the body, allowing for a safer and deeper stretch, resulting with a detoxification of the body. Exercising at high temperatures accelerates cardiac work, allows a complete cardiovascular workout, which after some time, with proper exercises supported by a trainer, will put your body in top shape.

What are the advantages?

The series of yoga exercises stimulates the internal organs, glands and nerves, delivers oxygenated blood to all parts of your body, improving health. Bikram yoga is a fantastic way to reduce stress and tension in the body, burn fats and increase strength and flexibility.

The exercises are designed to activate the entire spine and helps relieve pain in the back^ as well as recovery from spinal injuries. A healthy spine means – a healthy body. Bikram yoga is great for business people to relax after a busy day and make the last hours of the day productive.
