This detox soup is ideal for all vegetable lovers, all those who crave a soup plate full of pleasure and for those who have the desire to lose weight or detoxify the body.
This soup not only provides the mentioned benefits, but is also quick and easy to prepare.
For the preparation of the BesserMe Detox Soup you need the following ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 small or 1 large carrot
- 1 larger zucchini
- ½ celery root
- 1 Selleriestange (wahlweise)
- Broccoli and cauliflower (optional)
- 1 Bund frischer Petersilie
Preparation:
Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion and carrots. When the onions are translucent, add the rest of the vegetables, which have been washed and cut beforehand. Add water so that it covers all the vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are cooked and soft. Finally, season with salt, pepper and any other spices (Italian spices and chilli would be ideal). Simmer for a few more minutes at low temperature.
